Tim Caraboolad was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. His father, Geoff Caraboolad, founded Metric Corp., where Tim began working as a teenager. Tim’s development experience started with the management of small multi-family renovations in the Brookline and Newton areas.

In 2012, Tim set out on his own and started Arc Design. Tim is fully immersed in the process; from development, to interior design, down to picking the final finishes — no detail goes unnoticed. During Tim’s time running and building Arc Design his mother beat an arduous battle with breast cancer. Over the course of her recovery, he experienced first-hand how difficult and confusing it can be to legally purchase medical cannabis. This experience is what led Tim to found Native Sun—where he is building a safer and easier way for patients to get cannabis in Massachusetts.

Tim also founded Holland Brands, with the same trusted team that worked on the extensive process of securing Native Sun’s initial two sites. Holland Brands is solely focused on finding and developing recreational retail cannabis stores in Massachusetts. He has secured two more retail facilities: one in southern Massachusetts and one in Boston.


Geoffrey is the Founder, President and CEO of Metric Corporation. For more than 35 years Metric has found success and recognition as one of New England’s premiere construction and development firms.

As President and CEO of Metric, his extensive expertise in construction and business management will be integral to the build out of the operation as well as investor and community relations. Geoffrey has an extensive track record of executing complex real estate deals and large construction projects.


With a background in finance, business development and operations, Geoff spends most of his time assisting portfolio companies in these core areas, as well as managing Indicator’s internal operations.

After graduating magna cum laude from Brown University with a degree in Economics and Applied Math, Geoff spent four years in investment banking at Jefferies & Company where he helped underwrite over $10 billion in high yield bonds and leveraged loans for businesses across all industries. Following Jefferies, Geoff joined HighVista Strategies, a Boston-based hedge fund with $5 billion AUM as an associate and member of the Investment Committee. He was responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities across multiple sectors and asset classes, focusing primarily on illiquid investments including real estate, infrastructure, private equity and venture capital. Prior to co-founding Indicator Ventures, Geoff co-founded Borderless Ventures, an advisory and consulting business catering to early-stage businesses. For his clients, Geoff wrote business plans, investor presentations, and marketing plans, built corporate models, negotiated terms and helped with fundraising. Geoff was born and raised outside of Boston, and currently lives in the city with his wife Taylor.

He’s actively involved in the Boston community and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and on the Board of Overseers and Finance Committee at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Geoff currently serves on the Boards of Shibumi, Simplifeye, Cielo24, and Boston Biomotion.


Connor is the Director of Nucleus One and has been at the forefront of the emerging legal cannabis industry since 2014. With a focus on business operations, Connor has been instrumental in the license acquisition, launch and ongoing advisory for several successful operations nationwide. Connor has, and continues to, collaborate with the brightest and most successful business leaders in all aspects of the industry, allowing him to amass an impressive skill set and network of resources. Connor’s clients have found success through his commitment to industry best practices and hands-on project management approach. Prior to joining Nucleus One, he spent time in both the consumer lending and mortgage industries.


Michael Drayer was born and raised in Massachusetts. When he finished high school in 2002 he enrolled in college at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Michael studied Economics while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2009 Michael relocated to Long Beach, California and was hired to represent a cannabis ownership group, SJK LLC, that was pursuing cannabis licenses in the City of Long Beach. After several years of learning the ins and outs of the emerging cannabis industry in California, Michael was hired to oversee and provide quality control for a company in Las Vegas, Nevada. After successfully permitting and opening a cannabis cultivation and production facility in Nevada, Michael moved back to his home state of Massachusetts where he now lives and consults for several upstart cannabis businesses.

Michael brings over 10 years of experience as an operational consultant in the Cannabis Industry. He has worked in regulated markets in California, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, Massachusetts, Maine and Missouri. Michael has a background in Horticulture and Business Management. Michael has successfully permitted and operated brick and mortar dispensaries and cultivation sites, both small and sustainable as well as scaled up beyond 100,000 sf. Michael aims to deliver the highest quality products through bona fide industry experience. Michael delivers a high end, low impact, boutique-style cannabis dispensary coupled with artisan-grade cultivation and production practices with an emphasis on safe access, continuous education and premiere staff and management training.


Zachary Ment brings deep knowledge of business operations and corporate finance with over ten years of operating small businesses in the regulated financial service industry and three years of permitting and building cannabis companies in Massachusetts.

Zachary has achieved five provisional licenses from the CCC and holds a B.S. in ILR from Cornell University. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ment Capital Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm he founded in 2009.
